Detailed Description
Our shared day begins at Subotica’s renewed railway station. As we glide comfortably by high-speed train, we already enter the fascinating backstage stories of Serbian history.
Upon arrival in Belgrade, we waste no time: from Prokop station we take public transport into the city center, where the major landmarks are within easy reach.
Just a few steps after leaving the bus, we stand at the gates of monumental Kalemegdan Fortress - the true starting point of the day. We explore ancient ramparts, traces of John Hunyadi and the memory of Belgrade’s great victory, while enjoying the unique panorama where the Sava meets the Danube.
After the fortress, we immerse ourselves in elegant Knez Mihailova, continue to Parliament and the palace district, discovering Belgrade’s proud civic face. The day is completed with coffee or an authentic lunch before returning to Subotica by evening train.

- Kalemegdan: walk and fortress visit

- Royal circuit: Parliament and palaces
- Free time: gastronomy or shopping. Group meets at 18:30 at Prince Mihailo monument before heading to the station for the 20:00 train.
- Return: 20:00 evening train back to Subotica
