Detailed description
The program starts in Subotica, in front of the Alpha Travel office (Trg slobode 1.), followed by a private transfer to Bački Monoštor, the gateway to the Upper Danube.
Upon arrival, we explore the village’s history, Vojvodinian Šokac heritage and the importance of this remarkable wetland ecosystem. During the day, we experience local life, natural landscapes and the region that has earned the nickname Europe’s Amazon.
The program includes a relaxed village walk, local stories, a refreshment break, lunch and free time to enjoy the atmosphere.
Return transfer to Subotica in the afternoon.
