General information
1. What exactly am I purchasing in the webshop? (program / right to participate / voucher?)
In the webshop, you can directly purchase city sightseeing tours and thematic tours in Subotica, as well as in other cities in Vojvodina and in Belgrade, at a specific date/time.
Additionally, one-day programs and excursions with predefined itineraries are available for booking.
The following services are not available for purchase via the webshop and require a customized offer:
“Slow Tourism in Vojvodina,”
“Tour Packages in Vojvodina for Partner Agencies,”
“Corporate Incentive Travel and Team-Building Programs.”
2. Who is the service provider / organizer?
The organizer of all excursions and tourist services sold in the webshop is:

Booking and purchase:
1. How can I book a program?
Programs can be selected in the webshop using the “Booking” or “Add to cart” button, and the purchase can then be completed on the cart page.
By clicking the “Booking” button, you can immediately select the exact date of participation. After selecting the date, click “Order” to proceed with the purchase.
If you do not yet know your arrival date but wish to purchase the tour in advance, you may add the program to the cart and pay without selecting a date. In that case, the participation date can be confirmed later in agreement with us.
Tours must be booked and purchased no later than 48 hours before the planned date.
2. Is registration required for purchase?
Not necessarily. Reservation, confirmation, and contact are based on the information entered during payment.
3. How far in advance can I register?
You can book a city tour at least 48 hours before arrival, but you may register for any available date, regardless of how far in the future it is.
4. Is there a minimum / maximum number of participants?
A minimum number of participants is specified for each tour.
If your group exceeds 10 persons, please contact us for a customized, more favorable offer.
5. When does the booking become final?
The booking becomes final after payment has been completed and confirmation received.
Once payment is received, we will notify you by email that your reservation is confirmed.
6. Will I receive a purchase confirmation?
Yes. For each reservation, we send an email confirmation including:
- Detailed tour/activity program
- Invoice
- Combined document of General Travel Conditions and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase
These documents together constitute the travel contract and contain all important program information.
Payment:
1. What payment methods are available?
Programs can be paid online via credit/debit card VISA, EC/MC, Maestro i Dina or via the PayPer system (payment at request). Payment is secure, fast, and simple.
2. Is online payment secure?
Yes. Online payments are fully secure. Transactions are processed through the reliable WSPay system, which guarantees the protection of payment data.
3. When must the full amount be paid?
The full amount must be paid at the time of purchase in order to finalize the reservation.
4. Will I receive an invoice / payment confirmation?
Yes. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.
Cancellation, order changes, refunds:
1. What happens if I do not attend the program?
If you are unable to attend, please notify us no later than 24 hours before the start of the program exclusively via email at sales@alphatravelsee.com. In this case, the paid amount will be fully refunded.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the tour or fail to appear, the paid amount will not be refunded.

2. Can I transfer my reservation to someone else?
Yes. It is possible to change the participant’s name, but you must inform us no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour. In certain cases, additional costs may arise, and the organizer is entitled to compensation for actual expenses. More details can be found in the General Travel Conditions.
3. What happens if the organizer cancels the program?
If the program is canceled due to the organizer’s decision or fault, the full paid amount will be refunded.
4. When and how will I receive my refund?
You will be notified about the refund via email, and the amount will be returned no later than 14 days.
Alpha Travel is obliged to process refunds exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, and Dina payment methods. The bank will process the refund to the cardholder’s account at the request of Alpha Travel. If this method is not feasible, funds will be transferred to a bank account with the prior consent of the consumer.
Data protection and legal matters:
1. How is personal data handled?
Your personal data is processed by the Service Provider (Alpha Travel & Marketing SEE d.o.o.) exclusively for the purpose of booking and implementing the program.
During data processing, the Service Provider complies with data protection laws, ensures that only authorized personnel have access to the data, and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it.
2. Who has access to my data?
Your data is accessed by the Service Provider and the personnel engaged in program implementation.
The Service Provider applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security and protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, transfer, or destruction.
