Please carefully read the detailed description of the selected program, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the General Travel Conditions before making a purchase. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
After payment has been completed, the following documents will be sent to the email address you provided:
- Program of the travel/excursion
- Order confirmation
- General Terms and Conditions of Purchase
- General Travel Conditions
- Fiscal receipt
These documents together constitute the travel contract.

Sightseeing
External sightseeing of attractions is available without restriction, while interior visits are available at the following times:
- City Hall: Tuesday–Saturday at 12:00
- City Museum: Tuesday–Saturday 10:00–18:00
- Raichle Palace (Gallery of Contemporary Art): Tuesday–Saturday 10:00–18:00
- Synagogue: Tuesday–Friday 10:00–18:00, Saturday–Sunday 10:00–14:00

Due to official events, visits to City Hall may occasionally be restricted, even during scheduled visiting hours. Therefore, an additional check 24 hours prior to your visit is recommended.
Weather conditions and seasonal information
Tours are generally not weather-dependent; however, we recommend dressing appropriately according to weather conditions.
Tour availability may vary depending on the season (winter or summer). Available dates are specified for each program at the time of booking.
Special requirements
Accessibility (wheelchairs / strollers):
Our city walking tours are generally accessible; however, access to certain restaurants or attractions may be limited. Please inform us in advance if anyone in your group uses a wheelchair or stroller so that we can plan accordingly.
Pets:
Participation in city walking tours with pets on a leash is allowed; however, entry into restaurants and certain attractions may be restricted. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
18+ Programs:
Participation in programs that include the consumption of alcoholic beverages is limited to participants who are of legal age under the laws of the Republic of Serbia (18 years and older). All participants are required to bring a valid ID confirming their age.
Minimum number of participants
The minimum number of participants varies by program and is specified in the program description.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the organizer keeps the right to cancel the tour and will notify participants no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour. In that case, the paid amount will be fully refunded, or the participant may choose another date.
Cancellation policy
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the organizer has the right to cancel the tour and will notify participants no later than 24 hours before the tour. In this case, the paid amount will be fully refunded, or the participant may select another date.
Participants have the right to cancel their participation without explanation no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour exclusively via email at sales@alphatravelsee.com, in which case the paid amount will be fully refunded.

Important note on prices
Prices displayed in the webshop include VAT. There are no hidden costs and all services listed in the program description are included.
The price paid through the webshop is final regarding services listed under “included in the price”; therefore, there will be no additional on-site costs for these services.
Optional programs and additional services are charged separately (“not included in the price”).
Certain attractions may require the mandatory engagement of a special local or institutional guide. If this is part of the program, the cost will be included in the tour price in advance and proportionally distributed among participants.
