Withdrawal from Purchase
Right of Withdrawal
A customer who has purchased tourist services – excursions online via the Webshop has the right to withdraw from the purchase.
Withdrawal deadline: 24 hours prior to the start of the service.
Alpha Travel will accept the customer’s withdrawal statement only if it is submitted to the email address sales@alphatravelsee.com no later than 24 hours before the start of the purchased service.
Alpha Travel is obliged to refund the retail price of the purchased services to the customer no later than 14 days from the date it receives the withdrawal form.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (Article 36, Paragraph 1), the customer does not have the right to withdraw from the order:
1. If the service has been fully performed.
2. If the performance of the service is tied to a specific date or period of execution (excursions that include tickets/attendance at cultural and sporting events, concerts, exhibitions, festivals, etc.).
