How to recognize your guide?

Specific Landmark: Look for the Alpha Travel souvenir shop located under the Subotica City Hall. This is our meeting and starting point. 

Guide Identification: Our guide will be waiting for you at the shop, holding a sign that says "Alpha Travel " and wearing a badge with the Alpha Travel logo and the license of the Serbian authorities.

Important information before booking:

• Subotica City Hall is a highlighted architectural heritage site that is still functional and used for city council meetings. Occasionally, the grand hall may not be accessible for tours during official functions. In such cases, we will show you the tax office and the entrance areas instead.
• The tour includes walking, so please wear comfortable walking shoes.
• The meeting point is at the Alpha Travel souvenir shop located under the Subotica City Hall.
• Please bring a camera to capture the stunning architecture, a bottle of water, and weather-appropriate clothing (hat, sunscreen, or raincoat as needed).
• Meals, drinks, personal expenses, transportation to and from the meeting point, additional entrance fees, and gratuities for the tour guide are not included in the price.
